AccuTemp designs, installs and maintains commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across the UK, including TM44 statutory inspections. We work only on non-domestic buildings — offices, retail, healthcare, hospitality, logistics and industrial sites.

AccuTemp was founded in 2013 and is headquartered at Justa House, 204-206 Holbrook Lane, Coventry CV6 4DD. We deliver projects across the West Midlands, Warwickshire and Staffordshire, and nationwide for larger contracts.

Does AccuTemp use subcontractors?

No. Every engineer is directly employed by AccuTemp. There are no subcontractors and no chains of liability, which is why our clients keep the same team from quote through year 15 of maintenance.
