What clients ask when the plant goes down.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency commercial AC repair?
AccuTemp offers 24/7 emergency AC repair to maintenance-contract clients across the UK. Ad-hoc emergency calls are attended within operating hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:30) with same-day attendance across the Midlands and next-working-day nationally.
How quickly can you attend?
Same working day for commercial sites across the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and Northamptonshire. Nationwide sites are attended the next working day. Contract-holder emergencies out of hours are attended within four hours of the call being logged.
What does an emergency call-out cost?
AccuTemp emergency call-outs start from £180 + VAT for the first hour on site, plus parts. Maintenance-contract clients receive discounted rates, no call-out fee in hours, and priority parts from our Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric stock.
Do you repair systems you did not install?
Yes. AccuTemp repairs Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Toshiba, LG, Samsung and Panasonic commercial systems whether or not we installed them. Bring the asset list — we will triage remotely before dispatching.
Can you handle F-Gas leaks under emergency call-out?
Yes. Every AccuTemp engineer holds a personal F-Gas certificate and the company is F-Gas and REFCOM registered, so leak-check, refrigerant recovery and top-up can all be completed under the same emergency visit — with the leak-test lodged to the F-Gas record.
